Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Can I return it if it doesn't work for me?

Yes. Try it at home for 30 days. If it doesn't help, or it doesn't fit, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a refund, exchange, or replacement.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. We accept exchanges within the 30-day return period, subject to product availability.

Who covers return shipping costs?

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
