At NORSEN, we want you to be happy with your order. This page explains our 30-day money-back guarantee and how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try your NORSEN at home for 30 days. If it doesn't help, or it doesn't fit, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a refund, exchange, or replacement.

You don't have to keep it unused. We accept returns of used items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Email us within 30 days of delivery
  • Contact our support team before sending anything back
  • Return the item in its original packaging whenever possible

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

After reviewing the request, we will work to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take up to 7 business days depending on your financial institution
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the 30-day return period, subject to product availability.

Non-Eligible Returns

We may not accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items that have been damaged after delivery
  • Return requests sent more than 30 days after delivery
  • Returns sent without prior authorization

Return Shipping

  • Return Method: By mail
  • Return Shipping Cost: Customer responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fees

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if the order has not already been processed or shipped.
